Whilst we try to resolve all complaints, there are rare occasions when you may not be happy with our final response. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, an independent body whose job it is to help settle individual disputes between businesses providing financial services and their customers.

It’s important to remember that you’ll need to have gone through our internal complaints procedure before the Financial Ombudsman Service will review your complaint. Your complaint must be referred within six months of our ‘final response’.
